The Invacare Shape Sensor is a direct-measuring device that captures the shape of a user’s body and prints the shape onto a data form. All Silhouette cushions are carved from data taken off the Shape Sensor. The unit consists or a seat sensor module, a back sensor module and a base frame

Optional SeatMaker II Software allows the clinician to visualize and modify the three-dimensional shape of the simulated suchion on the computer.
