We at Advanced Mobility Solution realized the need for a mobility company, that assisted limited mobility, or handicapped people. I experienced the need first hand, when I (Gail) became ill, there was not a company that rented mobility equipment in our area. We did not want to buy anything, due to the assurance of a quick recovery. I began to talk to doctors, nurses, fellow patients and care takers, about the need for a mobility aid rental company. Many of the people I spoke to, had a family member with limited mobility but, could not afford to buy a handicap accessory. My continued research found out, most people with limited mobility stay home, giving up going anywhere because of their limitations. It bothered me, so many people were house bound because of their limited mobility. I could not accept that, to many people limiting their lives because of their handicaps, or because they had limited funds. Advanced Mobility Solution, LLC was started in early 2010. The company would provide rentals for mobility scooters, electric or manual wheelchairs and lift chairs. Our rentals are for a day, week, month, or longer. Our slogan became, “The Fun Alternative to Walking.”

Advanced Mobility Solution main goal was to give their customers, the ability to once again enjoy their freedom. Going on cruises, to casinos, shopping, beaches, or travel was now a possibility. Our mobility scooters and wheelchairs were able to go on trains, planes, buses and cruise ships. Advanced Mobility Solution provides the mobility solution and you get to have all the fun.
